About Ellis

Ellis Warren is the Lead Reviewer at Health Supplement Lab. Ellis is not a doctor, pharmacist or dietitian and holds no medical credentials. The role is a buyer’s role: take a supplement offer seen in an online ad and check what the seller says against the label, the human research and the terms of sale.

Every review Ellis writes follows the same desk check. It starts with the full Supplement Facts panel, including the serving size, each amount per serving and any proprietary blend. Each ingredient is then looked up on NIH Office of Dietary Supplements and NCCIH pages to see what human studies used and what they found. Next comes the math, where bundle prices, shipping and servings become a plain cost per day. The last step is the fine print. Ellis reads the refund window, who pays return shipping, any auto-ship or subscription terms and the extra pages that appear after checkout.

Ellis does not run lab tests and does not personally take or test the products under review. Everything in a review is something a careful buyer could check, and the sources are linked with the date they were read. When a seller changes a label, a price or a refund rule, Ellis updates the review. When a reader reports an error, it gets checked and corrected with a note. The goal is that you know the dose, the full cost and the way out before you place an order.

What Ellis checks in every review

  • Serving size and how many days a bottle lasts
  • Each amount per serving beside the human research
  • Blends that hide single ingredient amounts
  • Daily cost with shipping, for every bundle size
  • The refund window and who pays to send it back
  • Trial, auto-ship and after-checkout offer terms

Health Supplement LabLab notes on every label

We log what the label claims, check each dose against human research, work out the cost per day and read the refund terms, then write down what we found. We do not run lab tests. No star ratings, no fake testimonials, no paid placements.
