What we can help with
- Errors and updates. Tell us if a price, dose, ingredient or refund term on our site is wrong or out of date. Please include the page link and a source if you have one.
- Questions about a review. Ask how we reached a finding or where a number came from.
- Brand corrections. Brands may send factual corrections with a source. Brands cannot pay for coverage or approve a review. See our editorial policy.
- Privacy requests. Ask what data we hold about you or ask us to delete it. See our privacy policy.
What we cannot help with
- Medical questions. We are not medical professionals and cannot advise on your health, dosing or medicines. Please ask your doctor or pharmacist. Read our medical disclaimer.
- Orders, shipping and refunds. We do not sell products. Contact the seller, or the network that processed your payment, such as ClickBank, BuyGoods or MaxWeb. Our affiliate disclosure explains these links.
- Product testing requests. We do not test or buy products for review. Our method is on the how we review page.
Please do not send health records
Do not email us medical records, test results or other private health details. We do not need them, and we cannot use them to help you.
